Shipping

We offer FREE shipping, and your sparkles will arrive in just 3 to 5 days—straight to your door! *For now we only ship in the U.S.


Returns

Your satisfaction means everything to us! If your piece didn’t feel quite right, we accept returns on items that are unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition, within 10 days of delivery (as confirmed by the courier).

To return an item:

  • Please email us at support@gemmajules.com with your order number and the reason for the return

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (box, pouch, or any gifts included)

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We’re not responsible for return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the store credit issued

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email and issue store credit if everything checks out 💫

Please pack your item carefully—if it arrives scratched, tangled, or damaged, we may not be able to accept it.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it begins processing immediately—like magic! ✨
That means we’re unable to cancel or modify your order once it’s confirmed, so be sure to double-check your details before purchasing.


Repairs

We lovingly craft each piece to last through many special moments. But if something needs fixing, we’re happy to help.

  • For repairs within 30 days of purchase, we offer free repairs

  • After 30 days, some fees may apply (we’ll always let you know in advance)

To request a repair:

  • Email us at support@gemmajules.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item needing care

Repairs typically take 4–6 weeks, depending on the type of repair needed. During busy seasons, a little extra time may be required.
Please note: Items lost, altered, or repaired by a third party are not covered under our repair policy.
